Start with clean skin, free of any makeup, creams or dirt.
Wet the Comora Bar with warm water and work it into a thick lather in your hands.
Place the lather on your skin in a circular motion and let it dry for at least 3 minutes.
Then rinse the lather off the skin, pat dry & apply an all natural moisturizer.

Tip: The lather from the Comora Bar can be used anywhere on the skin, so don’t waste a bit of it! Apply any excess lather to areas where you would like to see a noticeable difference in the health of your skin.

Footbath: In a bowl or basin of warm water – 40 to 43 degrees - add 25g to the water and mix well. Soak your feet for at least 20 minutes. Rinse feet, pat dry and relax, preferably with feet elevated.
Topical Use as a Face or Skin Mask: Make a paste of the MoorJoy with some warm water and apply a thick layer to the part of the body you want to treat. This could be your face and neck or an arthritic joint or sore muscle. Leave on for up to 20 minutes, more for joint pain, and spritz with warm water when you feel the MoorJoy begin to tighten & dry. Keeping the mud on the skin moist has the most powerful benefits as that is when the mud is most active. Rinse off with warm water or jump into a clear bath & rejenerate the benefits of the mud for an all-over body soak. Pat skin dry and relax.
Hints:
1. For maximum benefit, keeping the mud moist while on the skin allows the MoorJoy to be at its' most active, as does resting after a MoorJoy treatment.
2. It is recommended that after rinsing off the MoorJoy that the skin is gently patted dry, do not be rough with your skin afterwards.
