Battery Change: One lithium battery is installed in the product when produced. When displayed on the LCD, replace the battery through the following steps: Pull the battery compartment and pull the pin holding the battery in the direction of the arrow. Place the new battery in the mark shown "+". Close battery compartment and recycle the used battery to prevent pollution. The battery compartment is found on the underside of the unit. Simply open the battery compartment, install battery and close the battery compartment.
Temperature Unit Conversion (Celsius/Fahrenheit): Push away the battery compartment and press the indicated button for a second, then the temperature unit will be converted.
